Nishita Pawar is an Associate of private equity investments for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. She is primarily responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities. She also assists with the monitoring of portfolio companies and deal execution.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2007, Ms. Pawar worked at Boston Avenue Capital, a value oriented hedge fund, LEK Consulting, and the Wharton Small Business Development Center.
