NEIL MALIK

Co-Managing Partner

Mr. Malik is a co-managing partner for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. He has experience in the areas of operations, mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2001, Mr. Malik worked with the private equity groups of Brentwood Associates and Olympus Partners. Prior to that, he worked with the mergers and acquisitions group of J.P. Morgan Securities.

Mr. Malik is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.S. in Finance from Wharton and a B.A.S. with an emphasis in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, magna cum laude.
