Senior Managing Director

Miriam Muscarolas is a senior managing director of the Private Client Group. Ms. Muscarolas has over 20 years of experience in the investment and banking industries, including many years of experience developing wealth-management strategies for high net-worth individuals and families.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2007, Ms. Muscarolas was a senior vice president with our former affiliate, Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management, where she was responsible for private client relations. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 2001, Ms. Muscarolas was senior vice president at Bank of America's wealth strategies group.
Ms. Muscarolas earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Southern California and completed the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management held at Stanford University. She serves on the Board of Directors of The Weingart Foundation, Board of Trustees of the National Public Radio (NPR) Foundation and the Board of Directors of KCET- TV, public television for Southern and Central California. Previous affiliations include the Board of Directors of La Opinion, the leading Spanish language newspaper, the Board of Directors of United Way of Greater Los Angeles, the Board of Directors of Community Partners, and the Board of Visitors, School of Educational Studies at Claremont Graduate University.
