JOHN DALEY

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Daley is chief financial officer for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. He is responsible for investment accounting, partnership tax reporting and financial analysis of the firm's alternative investment partnerships and associated operating entities.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 1998, Mr. Daley worked at Ozur, Andersen & Radder (subsequently merged into Rothstein Kass) specializing in the auditing and taxation of the investment industry.

Mr. Daley earned a B.B.A. in Business from the University of Michigan in 1986 and an M.S. in Accountancy from San Diego State University in 1988. Mr. Daley is a Certified Public Accountant.
