JACK ISAACS

Senior Vice President

Mr. Isaacs is a senior vice president of private equity investments for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities law and corporate law.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2005, Mr. Isaacs was corporate counsel at Macrovision Corporation. Prior to that, he was in private practice as a corporate and securities lawyer, most recently at Foley & Larder, LLP.

Mr. Isaacs earned a B.A. in International Relations from the College of William and Mary in 1987, a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1991, an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center in 1998, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2005. He is a member of the Bar Associations of California, the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.
