Ella Fawber

Director - Real Estate Asset Management

Ms. Fawber is a director of the firm’s real estate private equity activities, with primary responsibility for asset management and financial reporting and secondary responsibility for property due diligence and investment decisions.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2009, Ms. Fawber was the Chief Financial Officer for Rabil Properties, LLC, a privately held company that during Ms. Fawber’s tenure acquired and had asset management responsibilities for more than 25 off-campus student housing properties valued at more than $200 million. When Ms. Fawber joined Rabil Properties, LLC she held the position of Manager in the Accounting and Business Services Division of Haggett Longobardi, LLC (now a division of J.H. Cohn LLP). She had enjoyed a very successful 15 year career in public accounting at Haggett Longobardi servicing clients in the Real Estate, Healthcare and Professional Services sectors.

Ms. Fawber earned her B.A. from Central Connecticut State University in 1986.
