Terrence Quinn - Managing Partner

Mr. Quinn is a managing parter for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and is responsible for managing new business opportunities and client relations.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson, Mr. Quinn was a founding partner of a merchant banking firm specializing in private equity and advisory services. He was president and CEO of five operating companies and member of the executive committee of a leading regional bank. Mr. Quinn was manager of pensions and investments for the 3M Company and founding CEO of a leading mezzanine fund group. Mr. Quinn has served on the boards of several public and private firms. He is a member of the Los Angeles WPO. Mr. Quinn earned a B.A. in Economics in 1973 and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1974.

Stephen Smith - Senior Managing Director

Mr. Smith is a senior managing director for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. He is responsible for the overall sales and marketing efforts of the firm's products and assists with master limited partnership private equity investments.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2002, Mr. Smith was an associate with Goldman, Sachs, Co.'s Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment investment banking group. In 1999, Mr. Smith was an associate in corporate finance with Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Smith was an analyst with Kayne Anderson from 1997 to 1998.

Mr. Smith earned a B.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993 and an M.B.A. in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2000.

John Wright - Senior Managing Director

Mr. Wright is a senior managing director for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and is responsible for the overall sales and marketing efforts of the firm's products.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2010, Mr. Wright was a managing director with Saybrook Capital, LLC. Before Saybrook, Mr. Wright was a partner at The Taylor Companies in Greenwich, CT, and prior to that was head of sales at Zweig-DiMenna, L.P., a long-short hedge fund in New York City. Mr. Wright began his career in the Private Client Group at Merrill, Lynch.

Mr. Wright earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Kansas in 1988.

Miriam Muscarolas - Senior Managing Director

Miriam Muscarolas is a senior managing director of private client services. Ms. Muscarolas has over 20 years of experience in the investment and banking industries, including many years of experience developing wealth-management strategies for high net-worth individuals and families.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2007, Ms. Muscarolas was a senior vice president with our former affiliate, Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management, where she was responsible for private client relations. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 2001, Ms. Muscarolas was senior vice president at Bank of America's wealth strategies group.

Ms. Muscarolas earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Southern California and completed the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management held at Stanford University. She serves on the Board of Directors of The Weingart Foundation and the Board of Trustees of the National Public Radio (NPR) Foundation. Previous affiliations include the Board of Directors of La Opinion, the leading Spanish language newspaper; the Board of Directors of KCET- TV, public television for Southern and Central California; the Board of Directors of United Way of Greater Los Angeles, the Board of Directors of Community Partners, and the Board of Visitors, School of Educational Studies at Claremont Graduate University.

Frank Arentowicz - Senior Managing Director

Frank Arentowicz is a senior managing director of private client services.

Before joining Kayne Anderson in 2007, Mr. Arentowicz was a senior vice president with our former affiliate, Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management, where he was responsible for private client relations. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 1992, Mr. Arentowicz was, for seven years, a Vice President and General Manager of the Physicians Services Division of Shared Medical Systems (SMS.). Mr. Arentowicz began his career as a marketing representative for IBM in 1969. He later became a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and worked as a consultant to the legal profession in the area of computers and technology.

Mr. Arentowicz earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Bucknell University and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore Law School. He is a former air-defense officer and the author of two books published by Matthew Bender & Company: Law Office Automation and Technology and Accounting Systems for Law Offices.

Audrey Kinsman - Senior Managing Director

Audrey R. Kinsman is a senior managing director and Partner of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. She is responsible for family office and institutional relationships and is the head of our Denver office.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2004, Ms. Kinsman was an analyst with Goldman, Sachs & Co.'s Healthcare Investment Banking Group in New York and San Francisco. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ms. Kinsman was an associate with Kayne Anderson's Private Investors growth capital private equity group.

Ms. Kinsman earned a B.S. in Applied Economics from Cornell University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She graduated with a Masters of Accounting from the University of Southern California in 2004. Ms. Kinsman is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado and a member of the California Society of CPAs (inactive). She sits on several not-for-profit boards and is a certified sommelier.

Bill Claybaugh - Senior Vice President

Bill Claybaugh is a senior vice president of private client services for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. Mr. Claybaugh has nearly 20 years of experience in the investment management and financial services industries.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2008, he was Chief Financial Officer of First Q Capital, LLC, a long-short equity hedge fund manager. Mr. Claybaugh was previously a private client manager for Bank of America, where he co-managed assets for high-net-worth individuals, and a vice president at Mitsui Trust and Banking, where he developed and managed a portfolio of syndicated loans and private placements. Mr. Claybaugh began his career with First Interstate Bank.

Mr. Claybaugh earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from Marquette University.

Courtney Wyman - Director

Courtney Wyman is a director for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. She is responsible for client relationships, including fundraising, and assists with firm marketing.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2008, Ms. Wyman was an analyst for J.P.Morgan.

Ms. Wyman graduated with Honors from the University of California at Los Angeles with a degree in History. She serves on the alumni committee of the Harvard-Westlake School and is a founding member of the Los Angeles chapter of Room to Read.

Yassie Entekhabi - Associate

Yassie Entekhabi is an associate for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and is responsible for client relationships.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2011, Ms. Entekhabi was a senior analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Los Angeles where she was responsible for investment analysis, portfolio allocations, and client relationship management for ultra-high net worth individuals, private foundations, and family offices.

Ms. Entekhabi graduated with Honors from Claremont McKenna College with a degree in Economics-Accounting and the Financial Economics Sequence.

Kevin Welsh - Senior Managing Director

Mr. Welsh is a senior managing director for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. He is responsible for institutional account management, working principally with foundations, endowments, and corporate and public pension plans.

Mr. Welsh has 25 years of experience in the investment management industry. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2006, Mr. Welsh was a senior managing director with our former affiliate, Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management, where he was responsible for institutional account management. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 2000, Mr. Welsh held senior positions including managing director with Merrill Lynch Mercury Investment Management, managing director with Gartmore Global Partners, and partner with Brinson Partners.

Mr. Welsh earned a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University in 1973 and an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from the University of Michigan in 1975.

Marilynn Moscrip - Director

Ms. Moscrip is director of partner services for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. She is responsible for all partnership accounts, prime broker accounts, and partnership relations.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 1986, Ms. Moscrip worked on the fixed income desk at A.G. Becker as a commercial paper salesperson. She was previously a registered representative with A. G. Becker and a registered sales assistant with Blyth Eastman Dillon. Ms. Moscrip attended Cal Poly Pomona.

Felice Rosen - Director of Human Resources

Felice Rosen is Director of Human Resources for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. Ms. Rosen has managed human resources in the investment industry for approximately 20 years. Before joining Kayne Anderson in 1999, Ms. Rosen was the Director of Human Resources at Koffler & Company and Human Resource manager for Smith Barney's Los Angeles Investment Banking office. Ms. Rosen began her management career at Sutro & Co. She attended City University of New York and California State University, Northridge.
